Vegetable Paratha - Extremely Nutritious and Tasty
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
Oats Flour - 1/2 Cup
Ragi Flour - 1/4 Cup
Soya Flour - 1/4 Cup
Boiled and Mashed Potato - 2 medium
Grated or finely Chopped Vegetables - Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage, Corriander etc.
Haldi, Chilli Powder, Jeera Powder, Crushed Pepper, Til, Jeera,Salt, some oil
Procedure:
1. Mix together all the ingredients and make a dough.
2. Roll into a medium sized roti
3. Cook well on Tawa by putting some oil
4. Serve hot with curd or raita or achar
