Crunchy Makhana




Ingredients
Makhana – 2 Cups, Butter – 2tbsp, Jeera, Chaat Masala, Crushed pepper, Red chilli powder, Salt
Method:
1.    Put the butter (or oil) in the pan. Keep the flame low.
2.   Add some Jeera and all the dry spices except chaat masala
3.   Put in Makhanas
4.   Give it a good stir.
5.   Keep on stirring until the makhanas turn crunchy n crispy. (Usually takes 5 to 7 minutes)
6.   Sprinkle some chaat masala once done
